Linda was very personable, relational, and extremely perceptive about what I wanted. She was always available. Always. And she just felt more like a partner than a sales person. I rarely, if ever make large purchases in a short time, but because of the way Linda presented the process, the inventory and the rational behind the purchase, I was under contract in 5 days. I never thought I could do anything like that, but everything felt like it was the right thing to do. I attribute 90% of that to Linda. Then, as I mentioned, Linda made sure all of the contract items were satisfied on time. Anytime I had a question or fell behind my responsibilities, she was there. Always reminding me, always giving me incentive to get my part done. All the way to closing. It was really the best real estate experience I ever had. After closing, Linda followed up with me for any questions and make sure I knew what my next steps were. She seemed to know about everything…taxes, utilities, registrations. Not to mention how to enjoy the area; beaches, river, parks, restaurants, she knew a lot. I would absolutely recommend Linda to anyone looking to move to the area. Without a doubt.

I highly recommend Linda Kalkhurst if you are wanting to sell or buy in the Volusia, Flagler County area. Linda is simply the best agent we have ever worked with.
