After Linda patiently arranged and accompanied us to more showings than I can count on five hands we had found the right home. Once we expressed to Linda we wanted to make an offer on the property, she met us at her office without hesitation and got the contracts completed and in the sellers hands that same night. Not only was the home we purchased for sale by owner, but it was also a 30-day closing. Linda was able to assist us with finding excellent home inspectors, loan officers, an attorney and help us make everything happen in that short time frame. Every company/contact Linda recommended to us was amazing to work with. I don't think what we accomplished would have been possible with any other agent. Simply put, Linda worked magic with the purchase of our new home!

She has extensive knowledge of the area and a long list of relevant contacts (lawyers, inspectors, etc.) to help make the entire sales process seamless from start to finish. In working with her previously I know she goes way above and way beyond for her clients. Linda is clearly an expert in her field, she priced our home in the sweet spot where we were able to sell but still ultimately get the amount we were hoping for on the sale. She is always on top of things and handled the entire process without a hitch. Everything from getting showings, giving us feedback, exchanging contracts, deposit checks, etc. Linda was there for us every step of the way and made it happen! Whether it be dealing with her clients, other agents, etc. Linda possesses all of the qualities that make her a pleasure to deal with and an extremely effective real estate agent. She always knows her audience during a real estate transaction and uses those qualities at the right times! Again, seamless process from start to finish, Linda was always willing to not only give her professional opinion and feedback but also listen and be considerate of her client's feedback throughout. I wouldn't think twice about recommending her to family and friends and personally wouldn't consider using any other agent other than Linda!

She was very friendly and made the process enjoyable. When she could tell we didn't like a property she moved on and was consistently sending us new properties to look into. She always got back to us no matter how many questions we did have. Always very happy even when we weren't sure about the decision we wanted to make for the house and very understanding when we would have to change plans last minute. Rich Thomas helped us with the offer of the house and was very nice and patient while Linda was away on vacation. He was awesome altogether.

My wife Francesca and I, planned on putting our first house up for sale shortly before we moved to Canada to be with family. My first choice for a realtor was Century 21. My wife searched the Internet for a Century 21 agent and we found Linda Kaverud. We called Linda and she said it would be no problem to sell the house while we were out of the country and she said she knew Waterbury very well. Linda met with us and explained what is involved in selling our home. During our first meeting with Linda we were impressed with her experience and felt very much at ease with the selling process. Linda recommended an attorney for us to use for all the legal matters. While we were living in our new home in Canada, Linda worked with us via phone and e-mail. Documents were e-mailed, printed, signed, scanned, and e-mailed back several times during the 8 weeks it took till closing. On the date of the closing all we had to do was wait for our attorney to e-mail us that the closing on the house is done. Linda was so helpful to us, when we needed to have some repairs done after the home inspection, she recommended a contractor who did a great job for an affordable price. Also, she recommended someone to clear the snow from our driveway and steps after we had a couple of snow storms. We will definitely recommend Linda to all our friends in Connecticut when they decide to sell their homes. We feel so blessed that we got Linda to be our agent. She worked so hard, contacting us some evenings and on weekends when needed. She always looked out for our interests like a dear friend. Linda was always so nice and pleasant and was always available to us if needed. We will always remember her and what she did for us. God bless her and her family.
