Linda Maxwell has been representing buyers and sellers in the Northern Virginia community since 1973. She has been top producing agent in the area, as well as being a member of the Northern Virginia Board of Realtors Million Dollar Sales. Linda was raised in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio and graduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio with a degree in Mathematics & Economics. After a career as a flight attendant on Pan American, she entered her career in real estate. Linda is "The Results Realtor". She is an aggressive negotiator and works diligently on behalf of her buyers and sellers.

The relationship that we've built is something I have no doubt she does with all of her clients, and for us, this is perhaps the most important aspect of selling and buying a home. Expertise should be assumed, in my opinion, and Linda brings all the rest of the intangibles to the table. I couldn't recommend her enough!

Seller reviewLinda handled the sale of our home in Springfield. She was extremely helpful in getting our house ready for the market. The house received a contract quickly - even before the open house was scheduled - twice. The first time, we went all the way to closing and there was an issue with the potential buyer that cause the deal to fall through. Linda was excellent at walking us through every step. She immediately got the house back on the market and it sold quickly without issues. We really appreciated how Linda communicated with us constantly throughout the process. She was excellent. Linda was great to work with. We would recommend her without hesitation.
