She has since sold to and for us a few properties. She takes away any concerns a buyer or seller may have because she knows her job and has a cute smile (hey, it helps). as long as Linda continues working she will be our agent. Linda Newcom knew the market, set the price, which we felt was good and had it sold in a week. Linda Newcom is great. My wife and I have total trust in her.
