Seller reviewLinda Peterson is a seasoned professional that keeps her knowledge up to date in dealing with real estate rules and regulations. She is responsive to the customers needs. listens well and is skilled at taking the seller through the process. I believe she is an asset to your firm and a valuable team player. Our home sold within the first hour being on the market. We got a offer for the sale price. When the house was appraised by the buyer it came in at the price Linda recommended we price it for on the MLS. She was extremely helpful in helping us identify a mover, apartment in the interim (until our new home is built), and home inspector. The video of the home was placed on u-tube and was professional / excellently done. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - Thank you I don't like selling homes, the constant "picture perfect setting" (in a house that is also lived in), the number of times you have to leave the house and wait for a prospective buyer to come by, the back and forth negotiating that goes on if a buyer is interested with the price. We experienced limited to none of these drawbacks and I attribute it to Linda's coaching and planning. Thank you
