When we were choosing a realtor, Linda was by far the most prepared. She was very professional and really listened to our needs. She advised us on what we should do to get the top dollar for our property without spending extensive amounts of money. She even gave us each a small package of local Whoopie pies at the meetings close. She always went the extra mile and paid extra attention to details from our initial meeting through the closing date. Her connections and knowledge of the area where essential in the sale of our mother's home. Linda has an eye for staging. She even brought some items from both her own home and a friend's to help with the finishing touches for staging. Selling our mother's home, which we grew up in, was emotional at times. Linda knew just what to say and do to support us in what needed to be done to get to the closing date. Our father even loved her and he is a tough sell. We will be highly singing Linda's praises and recommending her to our friends and family. If we need a realtor, in the future, we know who we will be calling. The video that was created for the sale of our mothers home was over the top! We had asked for video footage to show how close the home was to Pepperell Cove and Linda delivered! she even went the extra step of including photos from local area attractions, such as Fort Foster, Fort McClary, and local beaches. It was not surprising to learn that all of our offers were over asking price. The other realtors who we had met with had priced the home $100,000 less than Linda thought we could get for it.
