Seller reviewMy house was surely not the biggest prize to sale, but that didn't keep Ms. Rademacher from treating me and the house, or at least making me feel like it was the most important sale she had ever worked. There were several challenges to this house. I had bought it incredibly over-priced at the height of the bubble, so it remained on the market for some time. Ms. Rademacher was infinitely patient with me, and I on many times had to serve as both realtor and counselor as the house remained on the market and the worry was a bit much (for me)

She made the entire journey as pleasant as humanly possible. We were unable to make another trip to SC to find a home and Linda stepped up to the plate and found a place that we LOVE! She listened to us and searched for the perfect fit. She was consistently available to answer all of our questions, calm our fears, keep us focused and excited.
