It was only through her tenacity that I was able to purchase the home that I really wanted. Linda Ruiz kept me promptly updated on all aspects of the purchase. I have since turned away another realtor's business card. I told him I was quite pleased with Linda Ruiz and had no intention of looking for a different agent in the future.

Buyer reviewLinda was referred to us through our lender but she was great at communicating with us and was flexible enough to show homes on short notice due to our hectic schedule, and despite the pandemic. Through the buying process, she was fantastic! Following up with folks and working to keep dates, were among many of the things she was great at. I don't know if I'd use the same lender again, but despite Linda being selected through our Lender, I'd love to work with Linda again on a future purchase. :)
