I have known Linda for many years and worked with her on buying/selling 2 other properties in the past. I know (and agree with) her approach, style, and business outlook. I did not consider listing with anyone else - I sought her advice as soon as I even considered listing, and her guidance was critical to listing at this time. Her help in negotiating the contract, and helping me through the inspection and appraisal process were invaluable - I would have been lost (and distressed) without her calm and sensible advice and guidance.

I looked at several other area brokers. There was no comparison. Linda had a great knowledge and pulse for the local market. Are you kidding? Linda is excellent in all of things you asked above to rate. She is wonderful in all areas. Linda is top notch. I looked at several other brokers and felt that Linda hands down had the best knowledge of the area. She was excellent in managing my expectations. She was additionally masterful when it cam time for the negotiations of the contract. Overall, she is an absolute joy to work with and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to buy or sell a house. Thank you for everything! My experiences with Century 21 Roberts and Andrews have been professional, warm, and I would recommend to anyone and everybody.

Linda was a delight to work with and kept me appraised about everything. Took almost 1 yer and a half for me to decide to sell and Linda stuck with my indecision the whole time. Always kept me in the loop with everything she thought i would be interested in. Took awhile but we finally did it and i couldnt be happier.
