The real estate circular said Linda White was a Golden Centurion. I called and asked her what that meant. I was so impressed with the number of properties she had sold in the past two years, I hired her. Also she helped me arrange for a topnotch handyman and roofer to expediently improve my home. She did a better job of this than I could have done this on my own. During the sale, the buyers bank's appraisal came in $7000 lower than the buyer's offer. Linda negotiated a deal between the agents, the buyer, and myself that prevented the deal from falling through. During the whole process, Linda, and her assistant, McKenzie, did a spectacular job at keeping me informed on the progress of the sale.

The unusual thing that happened at the outset after the listing agreement. She asked me (as a sign provider) to provide a 4 foot square Alum. sign lettered with MY property for sale, and Paid me!

I had previously worked with Linda on buying a properly, she went above and beyond what I have seen any other agent do in the past to get that deal through. Based on that interaction I did not consider any other agent. I have worked with LInda in both Dade City and Zephyrhills areas. I have purchased and sold multiple properties in the past 20 years, I have not met or dealt with another agent who has been as professional and overall knowledgable as Linda. She communicates constantly, knows the area extremely well, especially when it comes to referring vendors to preform work around a house, when it comes to insurance needs, mortgage needs and any other need. Buying or selling a home these days can be very stressful, having someone like Linda to work through all the processes makes the entire transaction easier and with much less stress. Linda White is honest, gives very good recommendations on what will help the situation, whether buying or selling.
