We looked at more than 30 houses over 4 months and Makenzie and Lindsey always made themselves available, even on short notice, to show us homes. Makenzie is really amazing. She knows the area, how to write a great offer, and had suggestions to make our bid more competetive in this difficult market (for buyers). She was always available to respond to texts about properties and quickly made time to tour a property when it went on the market. It was imperative to look and put in an offer right away in this market and we were always impressed with the speed at which Makenzie moved to get our offers in. We put in several offers, and finally got the Perfect house for us. We are so grateful to Makenzie for all of her help and knowledge which is how we won out of 21 offers on new house. We would never buy another house without her.

The team also knows all the skilled trades professionals to fix and repair any issue fast and correctly. Linda White's team is the most trust worthy and I am very proud of them.
