When deciding on an agent we spoke to at least six individuals in an attempt to find an agent we connected with. Someone that we could easily communicate with to make it less of a business transaction and a more pleasant experience. After a second conversation with Lindsay we knew she was the agent we wanted to work with moving forward. Lindsay helped us go over the house and pointed out things that could be an issue with the inspection and appraisal. I felt like we knew exactly what to expect moving forward. She also help coordinate repairs to the house that were required prior to closing. With some help we were able to close one month and a day after the first showing of the house! Lindsay, from my experience, is genuinely a very nice person. She is understanding of your needs, communicates well, is usually available for quick correspondence, and is easy to approach and speak to. The whole house buying ordeal is stressful, but speaking with Lindsay made it feel like less of a business transaction and more like an actual conversation with someone you enjoy speaking to. Everything was explained well and if we had any questions Lindsay was quick to answer or find the answer. Lindsay was great to work with through the entire home buying process. She was easy to speak to, available for questions and updates, facilitated repairs to the home prior to purchase, and even provided us with boxes for moving day. I felt completely at ease with her handling the transaction on our behalf, which is saying a lot for us! We spoke with several agents before meeting Lindsay and none of them made us feel as comfortable. After meeting Lindsay we knew we found our realtor.

Lindsay was always polite and patient with us. I was comfortable asking her anything I was unsure about or needed to know about the property. If she did not know she had no problem finding out and getting back with us. She never acted like it was her Job. She was amazing to work with and even after the sale went above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable. She is absolutely the best realtor and I would recommend her to anyone.

Lindsay was the right agent for us. Lindsay had a buyer right away. They were not preapproved. She worked super hard to make it happen, was encouraging and kept a positive attitude. If we needed advice, had a question, help with paperwork she was available and helpful. She was there for every inspection and available for moving day as we were many states away. As we were for closing. She made it seamless for us. The successful closing of this property was the easiest in our 51 years of marriage.
