Buyer reviewThis the second real estate transaction Lindsey has handled for us. I won't even consider doing business with anyone else. This transaction had a few complications and a lot of moving parts. It was not a run of the mill purchase, but Lindsey stayed on top of every aspect with unbelievable attention to detail. She maintained constant contact with us, our closing attorney, and the listing agent. You will not find a better realtor anywhere. She is proactive to the point that she will answer your questions before you ask them, and often before you even know you have a question. When other realtors call their clints with problems, Lindsey calls to tell you how she's already fixed the issue. With Lindsey, you can relax and know that everything will be handled in a professional manner.

Seller reviewI have owned 16 pieces of real property, and sold nine of them, in three states. I have held these properties for primary residences, second homes, investment property, rental property, and timber production. Lindsey Jenkins is far and away the best realtor I have ever dealt with. Only one other realtor, long retired in the Myrtle Beach area, has even come close, and he could not really compare to Lindsey. She professionally marketed the property and had competing offers within the first week of the listing. She is the only realtor that I would unconditionally recommend. Any prospective seller or buyer cannot possibly do better. When you list or buy with Lindsey you can sit back and relax, knowing the everything will be done professionally, timely, and in proper order. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
