At this day and age and with the advent of super-advanced technology, hard sell and sales pitch should be a thing of the past. What stood the test of time is the honesty and integrity of a salesperson. Linnea embodies these traits. When a buyer feels that a realtor puts herself in the shoes of the buyer and the truthfulness of what she says is more important than making a sale itself, then you know that you are talking to the honest and right realtor. That's Linnea to me and my whole buying experience.

Linnea was EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE. I am so happy I found her as my agent. She is a God send. I worked with a broker before her and Linnea was soooooo much better. I cant express how grateful I am for all of her help. She knew all of the intricacies of the home I purchased as well as the neighborhood I was moving into. The information she provided helped make the transition into my new home smooth. She has even been completely available after the sale was over. I highly recommend her and the Century 21 group.

Linnea was extremely helpful. She helped negotiate a deal with another broker that was "Virtual" no office, no structure, extremely unwilling to negotiate. Juke (the other agent) would not return phone calls, emails, was rude and several time he offered to send a termination document. Linnea was very helpful in navigating all of this. Because of her performance, I just listed 3 additional properties (Eagle Rock Lots) and referred my son who wants to sell his $500,000 Eagle rock home.
