Buyer reviewLinsey was very patient during the process. We already had a house so we were not sure if we are buying an apartment or a new house. She showed us apartments, townhouses, single family homes in multiple subdivisions. At no point she was frustrated with us jumping from one property to the other. She answered our questions and concerns and point us in the right direction. We were very happy to have her as our agent and recommend her services to all.

Seller reviewLinsey was wonderful. She didn't sell my property in Schaumburg, she sold me a new duplex near my daughters in Lemont. She worked extremely hard and judiciously with the builder and the developer to make sure that our duplex building needs were addressed and taken care of. She helped my husband and I to develop a special contract to cover our duplex since it was partially built at the time. She worked on developing the HOA rules and dealing with picking finishing items for the house that were to be provided by the builder. Linsey is dependable and an asset to any realty business. We don't know what we would have done without her. Linsey displays all the attributes listed above. Anyone would be extremely lucky to have her for their realtor. She displayed extreme patience when dealing with the builder and developer. It was their first subdivision of duplexes in Lemont. Linsey was involved in every aspect of building our duplex so we were happy as well as the builder and developer. That wasn't an easy task. We did not own the property in Lemont. Linsey was our realtor when we bought the property in Lemont. Building a home is a real challenge, and Linsey was there to help in any way she could.
