Buyer reviewLisa was great to work with! We moved from out of state and she was instrumental in helping us find a house to purchase. She FaceTimed or sent video recordings of all our house viewings. We would not have been able to get into a house in our timeframe without her help.

Buyer reviewUsed Lisa Jalufka for buying and selling three times, and will certainly continue to do so in the future. We (as the buyer) were dealing with an unprofessional and incompetent seller's agent. Lisa acted as buffer and enforcer to get the contract to close on-time and the process moving along. She also helped us with two consecutive sales within the same week (one sale, one purchase). Without her knowledge of the processes and overwatch, we would most likely not be able to sell then buy in this market. My entire friends and family network use Lisa. If you are lucky enough to get on her books, she will add tremendous value to your sale or purchase.

Seller reviewFrom the first time I met Lisa Jalufka, I knew I had picked the right agent to sell my house! Lisa is professional, goal oriented and very patient! The property was a little unique and she gave me a picture up front of who the ideal buyer would be. She was right! She also handled all the paperwork and walked me thru each page so that I understood. I was able to sign all the documents by e-sign which was much more efficient than meeting in person.
