While this sale was relatively easy compared to the previous 3, Lisa does her homework on the property up front and because of this the property sold within 2 hours of listing! She is very considerate of the tenant's feelings and will go out of her way to accommodate them and make them feel at ease with the selling process. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable, through and such a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to selling the last 3 properties with her!
