Seller reviewAfter interviewing three other realtors, I chose Lisa Mills based on her track record, a business recommendation, and her professionalism. I wanted someone who understood our community and had the ability to navigate all the rules and regulations and as a resident, she did. Her "get it done" attitude matched my own and that was a big factor for me since I was not there during the process. Lisa was on task and responsive throughout the sales cycle. We faced several challenges during the listing period with buyers backing out, but Lisa kept focused and ultimately we found a buyer and made it to a successful closing. Lisa listened to our concerns throughout and made sure the property was secured and monitored as we were no longer living in the condo. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently and we would use Lisa again if we decided to sell our other property there, recommend her if asked by our friends, or should we decide to return to the community in the future.
