My husband and I have been planning to move to Texas for a while. We decided to visit San Antonio in July and Lisa helped us to look for a house. Unfortunately, we only had a week to see house and were not able to find a house. Lisa did an amazing job at paying attention to what we wanted and she delivered. Even though we did not find a house during the time we traveled, she still kept looking for us and was able to find us a house that we love. She would go and see the houses for us and we did video calls for all of them. The house we liked was at the top of our budget, but we were able to lower the price a little, all thanks to Lisa doing all the talking for us. She understood what our situation was and she was never pushing us to just get any house. She kept reminding us that she was treating us like her children and was always looking out for us. Overall, she was amazing and very understanding.

I live in California and because of the pandemic could not travel. Lisa is an expert, anticipates well, communicates well, 100% advocate to her clients and 100% reliable. Best personality. Mine was a particularly challenging sale and closure due to the buyers agent being inexperienced and difficult to deal with. Despite that, Lisa was impeccably professional and kept things moving forward. She kept me informed of all issues and buyer requests in a timely fashion and made sure she knew my wishes and desires. There were numerous delays due to several unreasonable requests by the buyers agent, but Lisa managed to accomplish or settle all issues to my satisfaction and managed to keep our closing date on schedule.
