Buyer reviewLisa Peters is great at communicating throughout the home buying process. She is well versed in her field and resourceful. I would not have been able to pull off this purchase without her quick and timely manner to answer the phone, contact the sellers agent and schedule a showing immediately. As soon as the price went down on the listing we were watching she sprung into action and made this transaction action from start to finish. Small details ended up becoming big details such as setting closing for 45 days instead of 30 which ensured I would not lose my earnest money deposit. She protected me as the buyer and made sure I was comfortable and happy throughout the buying process. She is truly one of a kind! I will recommend her to anyone needing to find a home or an investment property!

At that time she was proactive in helping us understand our current neighborhood market in a gentle manner. Her impression was lasting that we sought her out when it was time to look for a new home and sell our hourse. We felt that Lisa understood our market and what it took to sell our house. Her background expertise made putting our house on the market and selling it seamless. In returning our messages, Lisa was amazingly prompt. When we had a question a bit out of normal, Lisa told us that she wasn't sure of the precise answer and came back to us after discussing the question with another reliable source. She was always willing to find out answers for us. Basically we would rate Lisa Peters beyond our expectations. When we dealt with Lisa we knew that our interests were taken care of...this is a strong statement.

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Lisa Peters to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. It was an easy and wonderful experience to deal with her. She took a lot of time to go over things with me, we researched a lot of things together and she made sure we were on the same page before anything moved forward. She was in constant contact before, during and after the listing and sale. I'm a little mad at her (kidding) because I told her to go enjoy her vacation out of the country and she STILL stayed in touch and followed though on everything while she was gone !!! Speaking of...kudos to her colleague, Irene Moser, who stepped in and handled a couple of things! Thank you Irene Moser! Lisa Peters....call her....enough said. Thank you Lisa!!!
