She has a wonderful, warm personality and gives you her full attention; it feels like you have a true partner. Lisa uses her knowledge and years of experience to provide explanations throughout the process and encourages questions. She stayed in touch at each stage so I was informed of next steps; I was always responding to her messages rather than having to contact her for an update (and I moved out of state two days before the house listed).
