Buyer reviewLisa not only did an amazing job but she exceeded all of our expectations. We were first time home buyers and we were very nervous and frustrated because our foreclosure took several months. Her personality reassured us through the entire process and she was calm and reassuring to us and sssertive and aggressive to the sellers which is what we needed to close on the deal. We were very impressed by Lisa and we made the best decision by choosing her as our agent. Without a doubt I would use her in the future when the time comes that we buy a new house

She listened to and understood our wants and needs, which gave us the confidence to have her preview homes for us since we were out of state. This way we didn't waste any time looking at homes that would be of no interest to us on our trips up to the area. She was so patient, and even a help, with our 2 young sons that were not thrilled with all of the house hunting throughout the summer. We can say she is now not only our realtor but a true friend!

She put our needs as the top priority and made sure that we sold our home as quickly as possible so that we could buy our dream home. Her advice upon listing our house was accurate and straight forward, and by following her advice, our home had an offer within the first seven days and we sold it immediately after, even as other houses in our neighborhood sat on the market for months. I recommend Lisa to every person that I know that is interested in purchasing a home. I have multiple friends and family members that are working with her on my recommendation and they all agree that she goes so far above and beyond what is expected of a realtor, she makes the entire process so much less stressful and is there to walk you through every step. I cannot say enough about Lisa, she is truly amazing. I am so grateful that we had her to work with in the buying of our first home, the sale of it and purchase of our next.
