I have a broker friend that helps the family all the time. However, I had to keep Liz Alonzo for several reasons. Thru her a learned about the property and could not betray her. She was very informative and is very knowledgeable about Saddlebrook. Liz is very if not extremely timely in her responses and answering questions. Her communication skills are beyond excellent. I was comfortable with her from the day I began working with her and she kept me apprised of things I needed to know and understand. When I became anxious or worried about the purchase of my condo liz addressed all concerns and assured things would go in the right direction for me. Liz was able to clarify matters in such a clear manner and sought answers for me immediately. I find Liz Alonzo to be an extremely resourceful individual. You call her about anything and she has the answer for you if not she will find the answer promptly. Liz is a delightful person to work with who keeps your mind at ease and at peace.
