LJ is the best of the best! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about him. He takes your expectations then blows them out of the water. He is smart, meticulous, and all around excellent. His clients' best interest is clearly his top priority. You will see from the first phone call he is passionate about his work, extremely knowledgeable about the market, and committed to making his clients happy. He is very reliable and will be in communication with you from start to finish. He really goes above and beyond and I couldn't have asked for a better person through this process. I trusted him completely from day one. I could go on all day! I'm extremely grateful for his hard work on my behalf. Next time I need an agent my first and only call will be to LJ. I cannot say enough good things about LJ Bunker. I had to sell a home that belonged to my deceased brother. LJ was with me every step of the way. From the moment I met him until the final sale, LJ was enthusiastic, trustworthy and professional. He checked in with me every day, made recommendations, and guided me through a very difficult and emotional process. I am not local to the area, and LJ took on the responsibility to look after the house, and arrange for any maintenance or other issues that arose. I have bought and sold 5 homes over the years and dealt with numerous realtors. I can say without hesitation that LJ topped them all.

We only bid on 2 houses and each time LJ was spot on with the outcome. LJ was not pushing us to look at houses and let us determine how much we wanted him involved. During the purchase process LJ answered any and all questions. Additionally, LJ was very patient as this was our first home purchase.
