Buyer reviewWe spent several months looking for properties in VA while living in AZ. Once we found Lonnette, she had a sincere interest in listening to our needs for purchasing multiple houses and went above and beyond to help ensure our real estate criteria were met. Lonnette also helped us through our VA logistics to ease the burden of our cross-country move. We had a difficult selling realtor, but a very nice selling couple, and Lonnette did an excellent job of dealing with the difficult selling realtor to allow a smooth and pleasant transaction for the sellers and us as the buyers. We have additional real estate purchases planned in VA and will continue to use Lonnette for all of our real estate needs.

Seller reviewI am not sure what else I could add to what I have already typed. I have dealt with several real estate agents through the years and Lonnette Layne is by far the best. As I mentioned earlier she is friendly, accessible (answers the phone quickly or returns a call very promptly), knows her business, and keeps the client informed. Seller reviewI had dealt with Lonnette before on another property. I like how she goes about her business. I especially like how well she communicates and keeps the seller informed. She is a true professional in every sense of the word. Century 21 is lucky to have her as an agent! Lonnette is deserving of all these "Excellent" ratings. I would highly recommend her to any potential buyer or seller. We probably had the property priced a little too high as to why it took a while to sell it. Lonnette exhibited great energy in bringing in potential buyers and showing the property. She made good suggestions when appropriate, but was never pushy. Lonnette is actually representing me as a seller on another property. I think that pretty much says how satisfied I was with her as an agent!
