I love being a realtor with CENTURY 21 All Aces Realty. I listen to clients to find out what is important for them in a home, location and then find it for them. Working with buyers not only for Bradenton, but from Venice to the south to Sun City to the north and all the paradise in between. I am a recipient of CENTURY 21 Service Award, along with high production awards of Emerald and Ruby. Also, I love helping people market their present home and work with them to help start the next chapter of their life.

Loren Hegge address every question or concern we had during the whole home buying process. With us being out of town we knew that Loren had our best interest at hand when he attended our inspections, closing, and even going by the house after we had closed to send us a few pictures on his own time. When you are thousands of miles away having Loren on our side made the process a lot less stressful. Without a doubt, we will use Loren again for our Future Purchases and refer him to our friends and family. Loren's has amazing ability to make his customers feel at ease and that goes a long way during the stressful home buying process.

Buyer reviewMet Loren thru an open house - was just looking and he was very personable - I wasn't thinking about buying that soon and had asked him to show me that particular house 3 times. He showed me some other properties but wasn't pushy. Very efficient and very detailed at the end thru inspections and closing follow up and always on time. Being on time is a very good asset.
