Buyer reviewWorking with Lorenda Dimeo from Century 21 All Points Realty was truly amazing!! She is incredibly knowledgeable about all things real estate....from the offer to the closing and beyond!! Lorenda has followed up with me at least three times since the closing to check on how the new house is....she is truly an asset to your firm! This was our 5th property purchase and I will never buy another property without Lorenda's services.....I have NEVER had such a simple home purchase process!!! It all seems very surreal as I feel like I did not have to do very much at all - Lorenda took care of everything....she even reviewed and advised on our insurance policy and umbrella.....JUST AMAZING!!! Buying real estate can be very intimidating. Negotiating a sales price and working through inspections and appraisals can be daunting BUT with Lorenda, it was all so simple....she took care of everything!! Her broad knowledge about mortgage programs, pricing, inspections and the closing process makes home buying a breeze!!
