Seller reviewI would not hesitate to recommend Lori Bernard to family or friends, knowing their house sale will be well managed. She is professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will always be grateful that I chose Lori as my realtor.

Seller reviewI decided to try For Sale by Owner for a couple of weeks and then I'd contact an agent if I didn't get the sale. I thought I had the house sold in just a couple of days via For Sale by Owner, but the buyer backed out a few days later. Lori asked if she could show the property under the condition that she'd get potential buyers to pay her fees so I agreed. She was aggressive bringing potential buyers to my house, but a quick sale didn't materialize. She proposed to take over the sale, increasing the price to cover realtor fees more or less, and I agreed. She was right about everything she said about the market and my house sold immediately after being listed For Sale in the MLS. Lori was a pleasure to work with through the whole experience and I would recommend her to anyone buying or selling property. She was awesome!

Buyer reviewLori was so willing to put in the extra effort to help me as a new homebuyer. She and her staff were patient with all my questions. Lori worked over a weekend, despite having prior plans, to help me put in an offer in a fast-moving market. She worked with sellers who didn't have their own agent, which I'm sure ended up with Lori doing most of the work behind the scenes. She was ready to act when we needed to, and was there to give honest advice in the process. I couldn't recommend her more.
