We first worked with Lori in 2011 when I moved from Florida to Virginia. She did a wonderful job with that house purchase and maintained an appropriate amount of contact over the years. When my wife and I decided to purchase another house, we reached out to see if she was still actively working. Knowing the quality of her work from 2011, it was a no-brainer decision to work with her again, and we are thankful for doing so. Due to the COVID environment, I presented some challenges for Lori as a purchaser. I was very particular on my search criteria, Lori searched and found great properties for me to evaluate. I did not attend normal house showings. Lori arranged my outside/lot viewing showings without hesitation, patiently explaining to listing agents of my intent even though it was unconventional. Lori provided virtual walkthroughs via FaceTime, without question. She demonstrated patience with me and my process that many people would not have. She truly has the client's best interest in mind. When we found the right house, she was truly my "agent" in all aspects, from initial viewing, to representing me for inspections, repairs, final walkthroughs, she put on her mask and protective equipment did it all while I stayed home. She provided celebrity buying service to regular ol me. Her advice throughout, from price, to repairs, to how to handle a curve ball during the final walkthrough on closing day were crucial to the process. I could not be happier with her genuine, personal, and professional recommendations. She always answered the phone, texts, and emails, or reached out to me in short order if she could not answer immediately. I never had to wait until the next day for an answer or return communication. I have bought and sold 10+ houses, Lori has been involved in two of them. They were the two smoothest, and most stress free, transactions of them all. I wish she would have been my agent in Florida for the others. She has my strongest recommendation, you are in good hands if Lori is in your corner.
