Seller reviewLori was quick and efficient with everything and explained things along the way that were vital my understanding the process! Doug and Lori both were responsive to emails and texts as well as scheduling needed work. They handled both the sale of my old home and purchase of my new home with ease ensuring all parties involved were communicated with and that things lined up in a way that made for a smooth transition!! Lori sold me my first home 17 years ago and this time sold my home and helped me with a purchase.. I would trust her without question to take of my real estate needs in the future as well!! Doug did a lot of leg work and kept things moving..even stuck it out when I would get frustrated or didn't understand something and made sure I "got it" before moving on to the next thing!! Extremely responsive to all communication efforts as well!

Buyer reviewThis was a very difficult transaction with many date changes and pricing changes involved. Lori's negotiation skills are phenomenal. She went above and beyond the average agent to pull off a very difficult sale while relearning the updated rules and regulations of the USDA Direct Housing loan program. I really didn't think I'd get the house, she truly make miracles happen.
