I needed someone to meet the lawn sprinkler company as I live 85 miles away and Lori arranged for access. With the home vacant, I needed the water to be run in all sinks, tubs & toilets to avoid sewer gas and its smell in the home and no task was too small for Lori to provide. Lori kept me posted every step of the way keeping me in the loop. Lori made a painful process run smoothly. I would definitely recommend her services and would use her sales skills in the future.

I believe Lori went above and beyond in helping with our search. She had to put up with my husband as well...LOL. He had called and asked for her help with some for sale by owners because he had seen a couple listings online. Lori did not hesitate in helping secure some showings for us. The house we did end up buying was a for sale by owner. They were willing to work with Lori and us and we are so happy she assisted. Not every realtor is willing to do this. Any questions we had about the HOA were promptly answered and if Lori didn't know, she found out for us. Lori also "had a guy" for anything we needed which makes the process to transition to a new location much easier. The waterproofing company and flooring company she recommended were excellent. There will be no hesitation from me to recommend Lori to anyone moving into this area!
