Lori was on top of it all from the beginning of the process through sale. She made the overall experience very easy & pleasant. Lori explained the listing process, reviewed the pricing & discussed the sales process with me. Be aware that I was an absentee seller which necessitated that a person of knowledge and integrity be retained for this listing. One who was attentive & available for all aspects of the transaction. A very good choice was made here & my expectations were exceeded. . She handled all sales aspects including the open house, showing the property, presented offers & discussed on each occasion the best means of proceeding very effectively. When a sale took place (didn't take very long) she coordinated all aspects, advised on and handled what needed to be done. She coordinated the buyers & towns inspections and communicated any issues to me with suggestions on how to deal with them. I had great trust and confidence in her. I would give Lori a glowing reference to others that have homes to sell.

I was going through a very very difficult time in my life and Lori was always there for me when I needed information encouragement or just a kind word. She is s a great lady.
