I first dealt with Lorraine Dunsmore and her agency about six years ago when we bought our first house and even though she was new to the business, I liked her timely manner in finding answers to our questions and the way she stayed on top of everything. I have dealt with Ed Stachurski and his agency a few times and have always been pleased with the process and my results. Lorraine and the team at the Stachurski office are excellent to deal with, I really like the way they help each other, it seems like they are all on the same team instead of competing with each other. I never had to worry about any of the many details involved with buying a house because Lorraine is always on top of everything we needed to do as well as the other agent. She was always willing and able to answer our questions as soon as possible, she does not rest until she knows ever thing is on the right track, which is a quality that made it so much easier to deal with all the details of our transactions. I have recommended Lorraine Dunsmore in the past and I will continue to do so because of the level of confidence I have in her ability to do the best job possible for her clients.

Lorraine Dunsmore has a very keen insight into what sells a property, especially staging and correct pricing, she is also quick to respond to questions and stays on top of everything. I really trust her to get me the best deal. Lorraine is what I would refer to as the "total package" agent because she gets involved with every aspect of the sale so I don't have to worry about how to proceed. She is very good at catching potential problems or mistakes and handles them efficiently.
