Seller reviewLuann used her skill-set to optimize the overall look and feel of the property in effort to increase the sale-ability of the property, both inside and out. She reported progress and made additional low-cost or no cost property improvement recommendations throughout the sales process. Her communications, 'back-and-forth', regarding property showings and the resulting 'feedback' was extremely helpful and she never once failed to answer our questions or to return a telephone call. She exercised extreme patience during often tense negotiations and offered up reasonable options and alternatives in a non-offensive manner. Luann was on top of the local market and used the information to help move the property in a buyers market. Luann Brennan was professional in every way and exemplified, 'the finest' as a sales professional. For those reasons, we would not hesitate to use her skills in future property sales.
