Lucretia didn't know me from Adam, but from our first phone conversation through the end of the process, she worked tirelessly for us, going above and beyond in helping us find our perfect fit. She is professional, energetic, and represents the finest of brokers. I consider her my friend now. I highly recommend her! Selling/buying a home is an often frustrating process, especially when moving from one state to another. I was nervous and exhausted every day. Lucretia was my calm during the storm. She is the best! We made an offer on our home sight unseen based on Lucretia's thumbs up. She worked closely with my daughter who was already a resident of Paducah. What more could I have asked for? It doesn't get any better than that!

I had never sold a house and she made me feel very at ease with the process because of her professional expertise. She had invaluable knowledge regarding services in the area to use for repairs. She was very prompt with all communication. I can't say enough about her and I would recommend her to anyone.
