Lucy is very knowledgeable in dealing with complicated listings, and market trends in real estate. She works hard to make sure your needs are met and will try different strategies to bring your home to a sale. After the negotiating is done she does not stop working for you. Lucy makes sure that all aspects of the sale are met on a timely manner, and that you close on or about the date that you agreed upon. Some of Lucy's attributes are being fun, energetic, witty, and she does not have a problem standing up to make sure you achieve your home selling/buying goals. She makes you feel like you are her friend and takes your best interests to heart. I can honestly say I have nothing negative to say about my experience with Lucy Golladay. I highly recommend to anyone! She had my house sold in three months even with the corona virus in full force! She kept me well informed at all times so I was not stressed with everything that's going on right now. Lucy informed me of what I needed to do to make sure my house sold without any complications. She is very knowledgeable about the business. She was able to save me money! There were updates that I was going to make to my home thinking it would make it sell faster and I could make more money. Lucy informed me I wouldn't see any return on those types of updates and I would more than likely lose the money I would have put into it. I am very appreciative that she honest and upfront with me. I was able to walk away with more money thanks to Lucy! If you are looking for an outstanding realtor I would definitely consider using Lucy Golladay!!!
