Lucy was very helpful and help us with every request and question we had, could not be happier now that we own it and can get started with our plans for it. The first load to get started on project is in route and will be up soon, we are soooo excited to make it our own.

Lucy Golladay was very easy to communicate with and was very timely with her responses. When I had a question about an area she had great local knowledge. When I did have a question she would answer them quickly and completely. She listened to my wants and needs for the house and concentrated on those areas so we did not waste time looking at houses that didn't fit my expectations. I feel that she perfectly understood what I wanted while looking at houses. She was always very polite to me and my family and had a positive attitude even when I did not. She was very quite while I was looking at houses and gave me time to think and not ramble on about how great the house / area / school district was. I did not feel any pressure from her to buy a house even if she knew that I liked it and it may be a consideration. Lucy is definitely an agent who is on the side of her clients. When I did finally decide to make an offer on the house we are now living in she kept me well informed during the whole process including any repairs that I asked for. I would definitely recommend Lucy Golladay to anyone who is looking for a home in the area. Her knowledge of the area and listening to her clients needs is beyond reproach. Even if you don't find a home in the area she always has a wonderful smile and a laugh to share. I give her a score of 11 out of 10.

Lucy Golladay went above and beyond to work with us and find a house that met our needs. When we called or texted with a question, Lucy was very timely in responding with an answer or finding the answer. She was super polite every step of the way. My wife and I feel as though we not only had a great agent who worked on our behalf, but we also made a friend in our new area.
