From the very first day, he had a positive expectation and plan to help us. He diligently walked us through the many necessary steps to sell our home. There was great communication. Buyer reviewI reached out to other real estate agents, but they did not seem to know much about the type of transaction I needed to do. Since my transaction was a gift of equity, there was no need for open houses or any marketing. When it came to contracts and escrow accounts, everything was handled in a proper matter. Luis Hernandez was always polite and professional. From the first conversation we had over the phone to the last, he was always available and reachable for any question or concern. I would have to problem recommending Luis Hernandez to my family and friends.
