Buyer reviewLuther is very a very knowledgeable agent. After house searching for over a year, he told me I had to take this house hunting seriously and put down a bid if I truly liked a home. Previously, I would wait too long and would be outbid by other homebuyers because of my reluctantancy. Luther and I went over what I could truly afford ( he said he didn't want me to be house broke) and I realized my expectations were too high for what I could afford. Once I changed my way of thinking, I found a house with Luther in a weeks time! Awesome person, not pushy at all and very old fashion in his ways. Trust me, that is a good thing because he kept abreast of everything and relayed all the information I needed when needed. When I'm in the market for a bigger and better home, Luther will most definitely be my agenct again. He made the whole house buying process easy and even calmed my nerves when I became too anxious.
