I am glad to have found Luther and Jonathan as they truly came through and helped us find our current home. I was just looking for a real estate agent to help us find a place. I looked online through the Dave Ramsey website (I am familiar with his financial advice and trust his business referrals based on the type of advice and person he has shown to be throughout the years of listening to him) to find a real estate agent but instead found much more. I had been pre-approved and was working with Bank of America but kept running into issues and financial limitations with my approval amount. Due to the current market and extreme competition, this became a problem. That's where Luther and Jonathan's experience and expertise helped to save the day by helping us break the financial barriers we encountered. They went above and beyond by taking the time to examine the situation and then acting on it by recommending a different financial group to try to solve the approval limit issue that we had with Bank of America. I had previously worked with other real estate agents in the past but ran into a brick wall where they just about gave up and gave into the financial limits and never provided better solutions but instead only recommended to downsize and conform. This led us to out our goal on hold. Luther and Jonathan broke the mold and impression left on us by our previous agents by guiding us every step of the way and going above and beyond to actually solve the issue. They were both very attentive, responsive, answered our questions, and worked with our schedules to ensure that we achieved our goal once and for all. I am very happy that we found them and that we now have a place to call our own.

Luther Sanchez did an excellent job in the selling of my dad's house, and I highly recommend him for all of your real estate needs. I would use him again in a heartbeat, and would beg my family and friends to use him. He was able to sell the house quickly, for approximately $30,000 more than the asking price. When I was looking for a broker, I gathered information on and interviewed almost 10 real estate agents. Luther was clearly knowledgeable and also a very good communicator. He listened to our unique needs and addressed each of them. He was clear and specific about his recommendations for his plan to market our home. He seemed trustworthy and was not "used car salesman-like." He told us that there would be a team that would assist us, but that he would be our primary contact, and that was exactly how it worked. Jonathon and Maria were wonderful, but I was never "passed off" to an associate or co-worker. Luther updated us personally and answered almost all of our questions personally. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Luther was, in all of our interactions. He went above and beyond in every situation that we were in. Since we live out of town, he helped us with arranging workers for minor repairs, staging, deep cleaning, and waste removal He was available after-hours and on weekends. He called, texted, and emailed regularly with updates and information, and returned my calls, texts, and emails very quickly. He was always professional and also personable. He was willing from the very beginning to answer tough questions. Since I was selling my dad's house with my 4 siblings, he had to deal with 5 personalities, opinions, and questions. He was always polite, patient, and professional. I felt comfortable with Luther from the very start, and then he exceeded all of my expectations. I would strongly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. He helped me negotiate a very difficult process that I didn't understand or know anything about. He explained each step of the process in a way I could understand it, and then updated us often. He was willing to make all the arrangements with plumbers, handymen, stagers, cleaners, and other professionals.
