Hi I'm Lydia Spink and I am a lifelong resident of North Georgia. My Real estate career was launched in 2005 after working in the school system while my children Ashley and Seth were in school and later in the insurance business. Those jobs helped me form many valued relationships. This has been the foundation of my success. Repeat clients and referrals keep my business strong even through the down times. I am forever humbled and grateful for those who have placed their trust in me with one of the most important decisions in their lives.
I have consistently ranked in the top 1% of Realtors in North Georgia since the beginning of my career. I am sincere, loyal, passionate and your satisfaction and best interests are my priority.

In my free time my husband Tim and I enjoy traveling, the outdoors, gardening and spending time with family and friends.

Seller reviewAlways answered calls or called soon. Very responsive no matter the question or time of day. It was a long and difficult process due to the type of real estate I was selling and Lydia was consistently working to find a buyer. Never was discouraging during the lengthy sales marathon.

And wow was he right! She patiently guided us through every step of this process and always made us feel at ease. Lydia always gave us her honest opinions and made sure we considered aspects of buying a home that we never would have even thought of on our own. Buying a home can be a really stressful situation for many reasons but one thing my husband and I never worried about was whether Lydia was doing every single thing she possibly could to make sure we ended up with a home we loved.
