Seller reviewLynda took the selling of our property very seriously when dealing with us and the prospective buyers. She went to great lengths to determine the fair market value of our home for us and to show the value to prospective buyers. It was an unusual property that had to be researched to come up with the right selling price. She was there when the property was appraised and to provide any help the appraiser might have needed. She did a very professional job selling our home from start to finish.

Seller reviewSince I do not live in the area, it was very important to know something about the Agent/Broker that I would be working with. I ask a friend who lives in the area (Debbie DeLano) for a referral. Debbie contacted Lynda Gallaher who sent me a package right away with her business card and information. Lynda then followed up by calling me and introducing herself. So happy she did, Lynda acted very quickly to get the property listed and was ready and available to show the property multiple times per day if contacted. She worked very hard and kept me informed with every showing and offer. She did a great job and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling property in the Florida Keys! I could call Lynda at any time, day or night! She was always there and ready to answer questions or concerns! Always pleasant and patient! Great experience!

Buyer reviewI had been looking for close to 18 months until I closed on this home. This was also a long distance purchase for me so I traveled to the Key's when I could. Lynda would continually keep me informed of changes or new listings. I had offers in on a couple of homes that fell apart for one reason or another. At no point did Lynda loose faith and stuck with me, and we saw countless properties over the course of time. I was particular in the type and location of the home I wanted to purchase. Her local knowledge was invaluable even when I would send her listings I found, she would offer advise as to why that particular property would / would not be suitable for me or my needs. She looked after my interests and not her commission check. Lynda made this long distance purchase as pain and stress free as physically possible, I would certainly recommend Lynda Gallaher to family and friends and use her in the future if needed.
