Lynette Cattaneo grew up in South Dakota, upon graduating from high school, she moved out to the Black Hills and majored in Business Administration at Black Hills State University in Spearfish, SD. Lynette moved to Wyoming in 1983 and has developed an ever growing love for this beautiful state. Lynette has a well developed background in customer service and brings personal experience to her real estate career, as her background includes buying and selling homes, as well as building them.
When Lynette decided to start a family, she knew it was time to take time off from her career in business to raise her two children. It was during that time at home, Lynette became more and more interested in the Real Estate Profession. She loves finding just the right house and turning it into a home for her family, and now to be able to do this for others is very exciting and rewarding.

We never felt as if we were being put off or had to wait long in getting responses from her. She was very organized and thorough. We had decided to list our house for 4 months without a sign. Buyer reviewFinding the right house in the Sheridan area was challenging and seemed hopeless; however, once the right house was found Lynette did everything possible to get the house for us. She had an offer written up the same day we found the house. She acquired all the important information concerning the private well on the property. She had home inspectors ready. She had a banking associate on standby. She stood though on the negotiations and when the appraisal came back she didn't give up any ground. We got a better deal than our initial offer. We know all realtors are not the same and it would be hard to find one better than Lynette.
