Seller reviewLynn did a wonderful job selling our home. It was sold in less than a week. She would always get right back to me on any questions or concerns. She was very professional and always concerned with our needs. We loved her homemade cinnamon rolls she made for us on the day of our move!

Buyer reviewI met Lynn at an open house in which we decided we were interested in the house. Lynn helped us with getting things going with that house but we decided it was too fast for us. She patiently helped us look for the perfect house for two years! I knew I could call her if I found something I wanted to look at and she would arrange for me to go see it. I never felt any pressure from her. The purchase of our new home went very smoothly. Lynn was there for us whenever we had any questions or concerns. Things could not have gone any better.

She was willing to work with my brother since he was here and I was 2 hours away. She was with me every step and answered my questions.

Seller reviewLynn was totally on the ball in the sale of my house. She staged it beautifully, and represented us and the property as a true professional. She was accessible every time I reached out to her by phone and text, and super responsive to all my questions. We'd never sold a house through a realtor before and she made it an easy process for us in working with the buyers agent and with the other buyers themselves. Only criticism is (and not as much a reflection on Lynn directly) is that we hoped the house would sell sooner and with less $$ spent to fix it up. We had several people come in and walk through the home, but wasn't until we made many improvements that the house caught enough attention to actually start getting offers.
