Buyer reviewLynn Hunter has no more room for improvement in my eyes. She did absolutely perfect in every aspect from start to finish and informed me on so much that I did not know. She made buying my first house a breeze and I've already recommended her to people I know in the market to buy or sell.

Seller reviewLynn was our second agent at Westover Realty. I will not comment on this agent other to say we a less than favorable experience. Lynn was everything we wanted in an agent. She listened and never failed to communicate with us whenever there was a question or issue. Previous to Lynn talking over our house had been on the market for over a year. Lynn sold the house in less than 3 months. In fact we had multiple offers. Lynn did her research and priced the house to sell. Other agents we had dealt with provided useless information on houses that had sold in the area and told us to pick a a selling price. Lynn figured out what the house would sell for and that is what we priced it at. Lynn understands unique properties and how to market them. Thanks Lynn for all the help.
