As you and I know, these home purchasing transactions need a lot of love and care, like herding cats. Well, you made sure all the cats made it home safely, even after closing. You went above and beyond so that I could sleep at night, as I was in excellent hands with your experience as well as connections. I so loved that you were an appraiser and continue to keep your license as it helped out in my purchase. Also, your word is your word, so nice to actually work with someone who is so ethical and reliable. I don't think many people realize what a gem you are, unless they are or have been in the business.
