In 2011, she obtained a Broker's License and continues advancing her knowledge of the real estate profession by attending various conferences and classes. She earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations. In addition, she is an active member of the Uptown Chamber of Commerce as well as an active volunteer with several local organizations. Lynn and her husband, Bruce, raised two children in Temple Terrace, FL. Her hobbies include traveling, genealogy, reading, and photography.

She sold the house for exactly what she anticipated and as quickly as she predicted. And she turned a very stressful process into a very pleasant experience.

Lynn Werner has been very active in the community for many years, being involved in service clubs and helping out in community events. This helped give me confidence in her in addition to an established reputation of being an excellent realtor. Lynn was the consummate professional start to finish. If I had a complaint, it would be the enormous amount of info she provided regarding the sale, what I needed to do, and what to expect. Lynn took all the time needed to explain the process completely, and was available anytime to answer any questions and make me feel completely comfortable with the process. In addition, she coached me on what improvements to make to increase the value of the property, resulting in the value almost doubling. I could not have hoped for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone.

We where clients of Lynn's from out of state & we worked together very well. Considering the real estate market Lynn showed that we where important & always replied to calls & emails promptly. She didn't every show that she had many others clients pulling at her, she treated us as we where her priority. Lynn helped us get through an issue that stalled us for several weeks. But once resolved closing happened quickly. She was very persistent. We would like to recommend Lynn to all that are looking for a realtor with tenacity. She will put in the time with a smile & a laugh, all to get to the goal line.
