I have bought and sold several properties in the past 30 years and I would rate R. Lynn Whitmer as a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. She handled both the sale of my previous property and purchase of the new one and there were complications and unforeseen circumstances with both (among other things, mandatory evacuation of my new property due to a wildland fire on the weekend I was to move and occupy) but Lynn was on top of everything and already seeking a solution at the same moment I was calling with a problem. Her problem solving skills and connections with contractors and vendors were outstanding and in fact she went out of her way to resolve a situations that the seller's agent created and should have been responsible for (proving to me that I had the far better agent with greater experience and knowledge). I am so glad I had R. Lynn Whitmer and Century 21 Lois Lauer in my corner looking out for me. I know she was dealing with multiple clients and transactions, but I really felt at times I was her only customer. THAT is good customer service. R. Lynn Whitmer is top notch. I would highly recommend her to others.

Kudos to Lynn Whitmer and Shirley Harry for having helped us get the property on the market and sold in record time, despite COVID-19 and the legal road bumps we encountered. From our perspective, there were many issues to deal with, including the interests of three parties spread across the country, as well as emotional and logistical complications. Yet Lynn and Shirley took them on with complete professionalism and comforting aplomb. This was a quick and relatively painless process, particularly given the circumstances. Having grown up in Redlands when Lois Lauer was in her prime, and with Shirley's own children in our classes, little did we suspect that one day life would come full circle. There was no question whom to hire when Lynn was enthusiastically recommended by a classmate from RHS. Thank you for the stellar service!

We were so lucky that our first choice home we had been watching online became available, and she acted quickly to help us be competitive buyers and efficiently advised us throughout the offer and counter offer process. While the process was tough to wait through, I would do it all over again as long as we had Lynn!!
