When looking for a property in this crazy market, you end up spending a lot of time with your agent. I was impressed with how she jumped at a moments noticed when a house popped up that I wanted to see. She would even rearrange her schedule for me. I loved how she pointed things out about a house and offered improvement ideas fir flaws or things I just didn't like. It was very obvious she has a wealth of experience and knowledge.
