I started my career in Real Estate in 1988, following the path of my parents who founded Century 21 Norris-Valley Forge in Phoenixville. I have been a top producing agent for over 25 years. I have worked with home buyers and sellers throughout the area, from the Main Line to the rolling Chester County countryside and the diverse neighborhoods of Montgomery County.

Lynne is the best in the business. I've known her for many years now, and she has consistently put my needs first in all of our business transactions. While many agents just want to close a deal, Lynne invests in you and will go far above and beyond for her clients. From specific questions when shopping for properties to tying up all the details at the closing table, Lynne is trustworthy, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and kind. She brings decades of experience along with the warmth of a friend. (In fact, from our business transactions, she's become a good friend to our family. We adore her.) There are few people I would take the time to write a review for, but Lynne is one of them. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to purchase or sell their home. From the very beginning, we knew Lynne stood out among the potential agents and Lynne was exceptionally professional. Lynne really cares about her clients and put their interest first. In our case, we are out of state, and that created much more work for Lynne. She coordinated window cleaning, housing cleaning, carpet deep cleaning and staging. And she also guided us in the minor repairs that made the house more marketable. And much more. We did not hear a single word of complaint about it. In deed, Lynne and her assistant did everything to make the transaction as smooth as possible. When we hit the road blocks, Lynne was cool, calm and collected. We also appreciate the fact that Lynne is always available to communicate with us in an honest and straight-forward way. When facing big decisions, Lynne did not make them for us, but rather guided us to make the right ones. I cannot say enough great things about Lynne and I will simply say: Lynne is the best of the best. We are very impressed by her caring attitude, knowledge and skills in the housing market, her ability to communicate, and her professionalism. I whole-heartedly recommend Lynne to anyone in the local area who is considering selling a house.

I was introduced to Lynne Norris by a good friend & neighbor of mine as she had previously helped her buy her property & recomended her highly. When I first met Lynne, I had no idea that a realtor could be SO extremely helpful & knowledgeable with the house buying & selling process! Lynne carved out a HUGE chunk of time for me, & after sitting down & discussing my time frame & expectations, she then proceeded to give me a detailed opinion on ways I could improve my property to maximize its selling potential. She also recomended tried & trusted contractors & was literally always available with a solution or improvement to make my house look literally amazing when it was done! I am SO impressed with Lynne & her staff & cannot recommend them highly enough. You will never meet anyone more conscientious & good at their job & Lynne maximized the return we got on our property. A+ service from start to finish & I cannot recommend her & her team highly enough!

I think this is the 6th property I have worked with Lynn on. Lynne is truly incredible. I give her my highest ratings. She's amazing. In working with her over the years I have had some challenging properties. Lynne always knows the best approach to sell the property. She also has many contacts to get things done and resolve issues. She is EXTREMELY conscientious. She has excellent communication skills. She knows the real estate market inside and out. I can't say enough good things about working with Lynne. I can't imagine working with another broker when you can work with Lynne. She's great!

Lynne did a great job recommending the right sales strategy to maximize the final sales price of the house. Her connections with various contractors to come in and do the work in a timely manner were invaluable in getting the house prepared. Lynne was a wonderful communicator... she went above and beyond to keep us up to date on progress of preparing the house for sale and helping organize the work that was needed on the house. Her timely communication throughout the entire process was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend Lynne to anyone looking for an agent to help in the sale of their house.
